How to Use these Recordings

  • Bring yourself into a meditative state by releasing your worries and concerns of the day.  

 

  • You may want to light a candle, burn some incense, sit in a natural setting, or provide some other form of environment for yourself that is conducive to quieting the mind and enjoying the inner journey.

 

  • Choose the recording that best suits your calling at the moment.  See a list of recordings here.

 

  • As you listen to the recording, repeat the statements silently.  If you are having trouble concentrating and you find your mind wandering, repeat them out loud.  You can also read the words as you go and use the visual focus as a contemplative tool.

 

  • Steep your mind in the words without giving them excessive thought.  Let them float in your consciousness, easily, effortlessly, simply.
