What's it all about?

It all started one day when I was sitting at my computer, ready to write the chapter "Alignment for Healing" in the book Rooted in the Infinite.  

I wanted to convey how powerful this approach is.   
I wanted to make it very easy and available for the reader to jump right in and begin practicing.

But I encountered a big stumbling block.

Surprisingly, it was the word "healing" itself.  

And the word "health."  

And the word "heal."

Every time I wrote any permutation of these words, I felt the heaviness of all the conditions that birthed the desire for their healing.  I could not seem to use these words without contaminating my vibration with the burden of what was unwanted.

Hmmm.  This was a dilemma.  

How was I going to write about healing without activating the very thing that is the problem?

Well, in keeping with what Abraham has been teaching us, and with what we have been working on in our YOFA™ Training, I decided to listen to my inner guidance at this crossroad in the creation of this chapter.

I decided to use the words "health," "heal," "healing," and all their various forms, minimally.  I didn't cut them out completely because I wanted you to know how to translate what I was about to offer so that you could use it as a bridge.

This bridge leads you safely over the deep waters of your "problem." It also leads you away from efforts toward healing that unwittingly lead you back into the problem.

It begins at the level of the word.

And so, when we speak of what we used to call health, we are calling it by a new name.  We are calling it:

Joyful Harmonious Expressiveness

jhe for short.

This is how the name "jhe" came about.

Passive vs. Active Alignment

 

There are two ways that you bring yourself into alignment.  One is passive.  The other is active

This distinction helps you know when to apply the different aspects of your YOFA™ Training.

We could also call these two approaches to alignment by the names seeking assistance (passive) vs. self-help (active).

Both are good.

And we attract our good from both of these through our relationship with Law of Attraction.  
Each just comes to us through a slightly different avenue of delivery.

Also, through active alignment (self help) we prepave the way for others to help us more effectively (passive).

Passive Alignment is when you invite someone else to assist you with your own alignment.  The YOFA™ jhe Sessions that I offer sit in this category.  Someone else (in this case - me) does the work, and you passively receive the influence.  You come into greater alignment as a result of someone else's lead.  Even though I am calling this passive, it is you, and you alone, who attracts the beneficial influence, the harmonious interaction, and who lines up to receive the good.

Passive alignment is a welcome gift from a friend on the path. We may use this gift as a jump start when we cannot find our own alignment, or as an ongoing gift of maintenance and loving care to keep our alignment well tuned.

Active Alignment is when you bring yourself into alignment.  This is what most of our YOFA™ Training is all about: you bringing you into alignment with you.

Active alignment is the navigation process of our lives.

Both active and passive forms of alignment have a structural and energetic component.

Structural vs. Energetic Alignment

 

There are two different realms of alignment.  
Let's call them structural and energetic.

We could also call them by the names action-oriented (structural) and vibrational (energetic) alignment.  

Structural Alignment deals with the material of the body, the bones and muscles, the cells, and fluids, etc. We could also call this physical alignment

Chiropractic, hatha yoga, and other physical alignment practices address the structural component of your alignment.  

When you go to the chiropractor, you are receiving passive structural alignment  

When you do hatha yoga, you are practicing active structural alignment.  

These two compliment each other, and they also support the inner energetic alignment we cultivate in our YOFA™ Training.

Energetic Alignment takes place in the areas we cannot see or touch (although some can see and feel evidence of these dimensions of alignment).

You practice your energetic alignment by following your inner guidance, as Abraham describes.  YOFA™ Workshops help you turn this into one of the main priorities in your life.

Energetic alignment is also established by meditation. Rooted in the Infinite offers specific inner alignment exercises for the purpose of bringing yourself into energetic alignment.

When you do these exercises, you are practicing active energetic alignment.
